Brake Check

"Scheduled Appointment Meant Nothing" I had an appointment at 11:30 AM and arrived early at 11:25. Despite being on time, I was told they couldn't take my truck because two other vehicles had been there since 11:00. Then what's the point of making an appointment? If walk-ins are going to take priority over scheduled appointments, customers should be told that upfront. Wasted my time and made me question the reliability of their scheduling system. Very disappointing experience. 7/19/25 11:30am

Had to return after my brakes were repaired. For some unusual noise. But i talked to jade and he gladly re inspected my car and took care of all issues and then some so im really happy and appreciative for a great job. Will be retuning for future repairs. God bless ...

The two gentlemen that were there this morning have my busy for the rest of my life. This was my first time to go to Brake Check but will never go any place else. I am an old 88 Year old female but I know good service when I get it. Make sure they understand that they are an asset to your company.

5 Star Customer Service all the way around!! I came for an alignment and the manager Jade talked with me throughout the entire service explaining the different maintenance and services Brake Check has to offer. To be honest I’m a first time customer with Brake Check and the service I received today has ensured that I will be a returning customer for all of my brakes, oil, tires, and alignment maintenance needs in the future. I didn’t even know all of the services Brake Check has to offer and with the great prices and warranties! Thanks again and see you in few thousand miles Brake Check #523.

I received excellent service from a knowledgeable team of technicians who went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced by replacing pads and sensors on my 2012 Lexus LS 460 before closing. The price was reasonable and made me feel like i got a bargain for the amount of work performed. I highly recommend this location where you will get it done right!
